Setting Up

First, enable your macros. For details on how to do this, check out this FAQ.

Using the Schedule

ddp-schedule-starttimeChoose your schedule start time from the dropdown menu. The rest of the schedule will automatically update, in 30-minute increments starting with this time.

ddp-schedule-eventsThen enter your events next to the appropriate times.

Setting Time Blocks

ddp-schedule-eventtimeAs a default, your event will be half an hour long. If you want to adjust the end time, simply right-click on the event. When you see this menu, select “Set End Time.”

ddp-schedule-endtimeChoose your end time on the form that pops up, then click OK. Your event will be adjusted accordingly.

Deleting Events

ddp-schedule-deleteeventRight-click on the event you want to delete, then click “Delete Event.”

Using the To-Do List

The Dynamic Daily Planner is already formatted to print on 8.5 x 11 inch letter-size paper.
