In general, Savvy Spreadsheets does not offer refunds on downloadable templates due to the digital nature of the products. An exception may be made in rare instances when a template has an error (i.e. within a formula or in the VBA code) that prevents it from functioning properly. The error must be within the original, unaltered download. Savvy Spreadsheets is not responsible for errors caused by template changes from the user.
If you believe there is an error in one of our templates, please contact us describing the error in detail, along with applicable screenshots. Please also let us know what version of Excel you are using (i.e. 2013). We will look into it ASAP and may ask you some further questions and/or request a copy of your template. If there is in fact an error (and we are able to fix it), you will have the option of getting a refund on your original download, or a copy of the updated template.
If there is no error in the template, but you are unsatisfied for any other reason, please contact us. We will do everything we can to make you a happy customer again!
We encourage you to read through the product descriptions and instructions thoroughly prior to making a purchase. Please pay special attention to the system requirements noted on each product page, to ensure the template is compatible with your version of Excel. Additionally, please take full advantage of our free templates! The free versions share many of the same characteristics as our paid templates, so try them first and see if you like them.
Savvy Spreadsheets does not issue refunds on custom spreadsheets or services. If you are requesting a custom spreadsheet or service, please be sure to state all of your requirements as thoroughly and clearly as possible. You are encouraged to include any applicable samples or other works that might be helpful for illustrative purposes. We will ask you clarification questions as necessary and only invoice you when we’ve agreed on the requirements, terms, and price.
All custom spreadsheets include one round of adjustments after delivery. You may take up to 30 days to review your spreadsheet and let us know if anything needs to be changed. Typical adjustments are formatting or wording changes. Requests for additional features that were not stated in the initial requirements are not included in the free round of adjustments. These may be requested but will incur additional costs.
