The wedding guest list is one of the most exciting, and most overwhelming, things to put together. The Peachy Wedding Guest List is here to help! This Excel guest list template organizes your guests by categories, to help you remember everyone on both the bride’s and groom’s sides. You can even edit the names of the categories, so it’s fully customized for the people your circle 🙂 .
To get started, enter your guest categories in the headings. These can be anything you want. They are there to help you organize the people in your life, so you don’t forget someone important! Use the helpful interactive buttons in the upper-left-hand corner to add, remove, or move the categories around.
Next, simply enter your guests’ names and addresses under the appropriate categories. Use the notes section to jot down things like “maid-of-honor” or anything else special about a particular guest. You can add, remove, or move the guest rows with a click of a button.
As you start receiving your RSVPs, click on the “yes” or “no” checkbox next to the appropriate guest. The guest list template will automatically calculate the number of “attending” and “not attending” as you check off the boxes.
