Plan out your week with the Dynamic Weekly Planner. This interactive Excel weekly planner has loads of cool features to help you keep your weekly events organized. If you like the free Basic Weekly Planner, you’ll love this!
The planner gives you a schedule for all 7 days of the week, starting with the weekday of your choice. Simply enter your start date, and the rest of the dates will update.
Under each day, you will see 38 slots for different events. There is a slot for a holiday, an all day event, and 36 slots for events occurring at specific times. Choose your schedule start time in the convenient dropdown menu, and your schedule will automatically update. Next, select whether you want your schedule to be in 15-minute, 30-minute, or 1-hour time increments. Your schedule for each day will update accordingly.
Smart Time Blocks
Now all you have to do is start entering your events. Type in your scheduled events next to the appropriate start time. If your event is longer than the specified time increment, create a time block for it. To do this, right-click on your event, and select “Set End Time.” Choose the ending time of your event, and voila, you have a nicely formatted time block!
Just as easily, you can delete any events you no longer want in your Excel weekly planner. Just right-click on the event, select “Delete Event” and the entire event goes away.
Checkable To-Do List
On the right-hand side of the template, there is a clickable to-do list. Enter your tasks for the week here, and click on the check boxes as you complete them. This interactive Excel weekly planner will “check off” your done items!
The Dynamic Weekly Planner is formatted to print on two sheets of 8.5 x 11 inch letter-size paper. Feel free to adjust the print layout to print on a single sheet and/or in landscape orientation.
