Organize your to-do’s with this practical yet fun Excel to-do list template. With various of customization options, Cheery Checklists is the perfect way to organize pretty much anything that needs to be checked off a list.
To start using the Cheery Checklists to-do list template, first create your checklists. You can leave the checklists as labeled “to-do,” or you can rename them to suit your needs. For example, you might want to rename them to refer to various shopping lists, and call them “groceries,” “toiletries,” “household,” etc. There is room for up to 24 items per list.
There are three checklist settings that allow you to easily customize your checklist template. First, decide whether you want your lists to be numbered or not. Select “YES” or “NO” on the upper-right hand corner where it says “Show Item Numbers.”
Next, choose whether you want your checked items to be automatically cleared, or manually cleared. If you select “YES,” your items will automatically disappear as you check them off. If you select “NO,” your items will show a check mark when you click on a checkbox, but the item will remain on your list until you click the “Clear Done” button for that list.
Finally, there is an option to show or hide fold lines. If you select “YES,” dotted lines will appear around each list, as guides for you to fold or cut after printing. If you select “NO,” the lines will disappear.
Cheery Checklists is formatted to print in landscape orientation on 8.5 x 11 inch letter-size paper.
