Getting Started
First, enable your macros. For details on how to do this, check out this FAQ.
Then, enter the amount you want to raise.
The meter scale will adjust accordingly.
Entering the Donations
As you receive donations, enter the donor names and amounts in the Donors section.
Check the bottom of the Donors section to see how much you’ve raised so far.
The box in the bottom-left-hand corner will tell you what percentage this is to the total.
On the right-hand side of the meter, you’ll see how much more you have left to go.
There’s also a section for any notes you might have during your fundraising campaign.
Printing the Fundraising Meter
The Fundraising Meter is formatted to fit on 8.5 x 11 inch letter-size paper.
Feel free to convert it to a pdf file before printing, or print it directly as an Excel file.
