Setting Up
First, enable your macros. For details on how to do this, check out this FAQ.
Click on the weekday to highlight it.
Then, enter today’s date.
Using the Schedule
Choose your schedule start time from the dropdown menu. The rest of the schedule will automatically update, in 30-minute increments starting with this time.
Then enter your events next to the appropriate times.
Setting Time Blocks
As a default, your event will be half an hour long. If you want to adjust the end time, simply right-click on the event. When you see this menu, select “Set End Time.”
Choose your end time on the form that pops up, then click OK. Your event will be adjusted accordingly.
Deleting Events
Right-click on the event you want to delete, then click “Delete Event.”
Using the To-Do List
Type in your to-do items for the day.
When you’re done with an item, check it off by clicking on the checkbox next to it.
Clearing the Template
To clear your template for the next day, simply click the “Clear Template” button above the instructions.
Printing the Planner
The Dynamic Daily Planner is already formatted to print on 8.5 x 11 inch letter-size paper.
Feel free to convert it to a pdf file before printing, or print it directly as an Excel file.
