Setting Up

The checklist titles can be changed to whatever you want. Simply type over “to-do” with your new title.

There is space for 24 items under each list.

The item numbers can be hidden or shown. To hide item numbers, find the Checklist Settings section in the upper-right-hand corner.

Select the yellow box next to “Show Item Numbers,” and an arrow for a drop-down menu will appear. Choose “No” and the item numbers will be hidden. Choose “Yes” to see the item numbers again.

Using the Checklists

Type in your items for each list.

When you’re done with an item, check it off by clicking on the checkbox next to it.

To clear all the checked items off a list, click on the “Clear Done” button at the top of the list.

To clear completed items automatically (instead of using check marks), you can turn the Auto-Clear setting on. Choose “YES” next to “Auto-Clear Checked Items,” and the completed items will disappear when you click on a checkbox.
